Acceptance
By downloading or using Chabeel Finder ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app is
The app displays community-submitted locations of chabeel stalls. Content is provided by users and is not verified by us. Locations, availability and timing may be inaccurate or out of date.
User content
When you create a pin, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it in the app. We may remove any content at our discretion, including content that is false, offensive or unlawful.
Acceptable use
- Do not post false, misleading or spam pins.
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of user content, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of location directions is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose statutory guarantees are not excluded), Atlantic IT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, including for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
